    Abstract:

MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as small non-coding RNAs, have been found to regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional levels. The studies on miRNAs are mainly focused on cancer tissues such as colorectal cancer, prostate cancer and human ovarian cancer because miRNAs expression has been found to change in cancer tissues and negatively regulate the cell proliferation. This review focus on the recent findings on miRNA expression and function in ovary.
