There are many problems in Virological Quality Monitoring of laboratory Animals,for example, monitoring items,test methods and samples, and frequency of monitoring. This article introduces briefly the health monitoring recommendation for virus detection of laboratory animals in China and foreign countries. In order to meet the needs for the development of the laboratory animal science, the author put forward some suggestions for the solution of problems in virus detection of laboratory animals in China.
