    Abstract:

Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura (HSP) is a common systemic small vasculitis in childhood, which easily causes kidney damage. Compared with the large number of clinical studies on this disease, there are relatively few reports on animal models. Here, we systematically summarize the establishment, modeling method, advantages and disadvantages of the current domestic and foreign HSP animal models, expound the research status and existing problems of HSP animal models, and discuss and analyze the HSP animal model establishment to provide ideas and references for scientific research on this disease.
