    Abstract:

Objective To explore the relationship between disease resistance and susceptibility inmice expressing different levels of DNA pattern recognition receptors(PRRs). Methods The expression profiles of different DNA PPRs in BALB/ c and C57BL/ 6 mice infected with ECTV were detected using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR ( qRT-PCR). Results TLR9, DAI, cGAS, RNA pol Ⅲ and RIG-Ⅰ were expressed in both mouse lines, but were expressed at significantly higher levels in the mousepox-resistant C57BL/ 6 mice compared with BALB/ c mice prior to infection. However, the expression of these genes increased noticeablyin the ECTV-susceptible BALB/ c mice after infection, with little change seen in C57BL/ 6 mice after infection. Conclusions Our findings suggest that these pathogen-specific PPRsmay be closely related to natural disease resistance in mice.
