ObjectiveTo explore the ideal experimental rats model for research on hyperlipidemia. Methods Three prescriptions on experimental hyperlipidemia-rats were modified and emulsion was made by references. At 14 day blood samples were taken from ocular orbit and content of TC、TG、LDL、HDL in the serum were measured.
