ObjectiveTo clone and identify alternatively spliced variants of beagles estrogen receptor β.MethodsBy RT-PCR analysis, we identified the existence of a new splice variant of beagles estrogen receptor β using Beagles pituitary organization as a template, to determine the existence of a new spliced variant by electrophoresis and cloned and sequenced. ResultsUsing primers designed to get two obvious electrophoresis with sequencing showed that one of the missing splicing, this alternatively spliced variants has not been reported.ConclusionWe get a new estrogen receptor β, this will help to study protein-coding function of a variety of estrogen receptor variable spliced and the role in the process of reproductive regulation.
