At present the development of mammalian nuclear transfer and transgenic animal is very quickly.In 1997,'Dolly' was successfully cloned from adult cell,and it was a landmark development of clone.This review describes the recently developed animal clone techniques,problem and research mechanism.Every aspects are also discussed,as well as potentials of using clone method to develop transgenic animals.
