    Abstract:

Objective To compare and discuss the embryo transfer methods and the strains of foster mother by using 2- cell embryos from C 57 BL/6J mouse, ICR and Kunming mice as foster mother. Method Each of superovulated female C 57 BL/ 6J mice was mated individually with a stud male. The fertilized eggs were collected and cultured to 2-cell stage, then were transferred to pseudopregnant recipients. Results Using KM mice as foster mother, 2-cell embryos transferred through the wall of the fallopian tube, the pregnancy rate was 90% . The litter size was 188, rate of full-term young pups was 34.8%. Conclusion The approach of 2-cell embryos transferred through the wall of fallopian tube improve the efficiency of embryo transfer.
