    Abstract:

Tyzzer's organism is a flagellar, pilial, rod-shaped, gram-negative, sporeforming, obligate intracellular Clostridium. It abroad indwells laboratory animals, fowls, domestic animals, pets, and inhuman primates. Tyzzer's organism mostly causes diseases with hemorrhage, necrotic enteritis and little granule necrosized hepatitis in laboratory animals. Latent threatening has raised attention to human. Tyzzer's organism can autolyze and not be grown on conventional media with alive cells. These result in no broken improvement in biological characteristics, disease\|causing mechanism, genetics, diagnose and detecting methods of Tyzzer's organism, prevention and cure of Tyzzer's disease. This text makes a brief summary in biological characteristics, infection and spread, disease\|causing mechanism and pathology of Tyzzer's organism.
