    Abstract:

Objective To establish metrorrhagia animal model induced by endometritis in experimental Rhesus monkey. Methods Seven normal menorrhea adult %Rhesus monkeys% were choosed and divided into experimental group and control group at random. Escherichia coli,%staphylococcus aureus% and %peptostreptococcus% were inoculated into uterine cavity of experimental group in the third day of menstruation. Then the cervical secretions were cultured and evaluated in the fifth day of inoculation and the changes of menstrual amount and duration were observed in three continuous menstrual cycle. The sample of endometrium was obtained in late secretory phase of the fourth menstrual cycle for examination under microscope. Endometrium of Control group was not infected, the other procedures were the same as experimental group. Results 1.The evaluation of cervical secretion culture and confirmed that the three kinds of bacteria were inoculants in the experimental group. 2.Compared with control group, experimental group was more excessive in menstrual amount and much longer in duration. 3. Compared with control group, endometrium of experimental group showed the change of chronic inflammation, in which the degeneration of spiral arteriolar wall was more severe and dilatation of lumen more obvious. Conclusion the model comes true by evaluation of the menstrual change and endometrium morphology observation.
