    Abstract:

    On moleculear foundation of learning and memory, this review reported progresses in genetic engineering animal models related to learning and memory. The procedure of the preparation of each model as well as its advantages and disadvantages were clarified, and the prospects of these researches were also discussed and predicted for further study and application of molecular mechanism of learning and memory.
