Objective To provide basic data of the HSF 1 knockout mice's organ weight and the organ coefficients.Methods 50 HSF 1 knockout mice(male 21,female 29) were chosen for this experiment. Reaults and Conclusion\ The spleen,kidney coefficients had significant difference(\%p\%<0.05) between male and female, the coefficients in the stomach and brain showed very significant difference(p<0 01),but no differences were found in the heart,liver and lung coefficients.
