SPECT can provide a qualitatively accurate imaging technique for animal studies.The purpose of this review is to summarize the efficacy in various fields of animal experiments,including tumors,cardiovascular diseases,the function of brain and nerves,acute renal failure,rheumatoid,arthritis,and the function of liver and spleen.
