出血性休克是临床常见的死亡原因之一,多见于创伤引起的四肢骨折及重要脏器破裂、动脉瘤破裂等原因所致大量出血。现如今,有关出血性休克(hemorrhagic shock,HS)的原因、诱因和机制及动物模型的构建已基本明确,但有关 HS 合并或并发其它疾病的动物模型还有待于进一步研究。因而,本文就出血性休克模型不同 动物的选择与应用与其合并或并发其它疾病动物模型的研究现状进行综述,旨在为临床医生在 HS 相关的模型选择和应用方面提供参考。 |

Hemorrhagic shock (HS) is one of the common causes of death, which is mostly due to trauma- induced fracture of limbs and rupture of vital organs, aneurysm rupture, and other causes of massive bleeding. The causes, triggers, and mechanisms of HS and establishment of animal models have been largely clarified, but animal models of HS combined with or complicated by other diseases need to be investigated further. Thus, we reviewed the current research status of the selection and application of various animals for HS models and their combination or complication with other disease models to provide researchers with a reference for the selection and application of HS-related models. |
