    摘要:

    骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是致残率最高的慢性疾病,由于肥胖率增加和老龄化的到来,OA 对人们的生活和社会资源产生越来越大的负面影响。随着高通量技术的发展,非编码RNA 的研究逐渐成为OA 领域的热点,近来的研究表明软骨细胞凋亡及细胞外基质的降解是OA 主要的病理基础,非编码RNA 与软骨细胞存在密切联系,但其分子机制尚未完全阐明。本文就非编码RNA 对软骨细胞和胞外基质的影响做一综述,以期进一步了解软骨退变的机制,为OA 的早期诊疗提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic disease with a high disability rate. With the increase in the obesity rate and an aging patient population, OA is having more and more negative impacts on peoples' lives and social resources. With the development of high-throughput technology, the study of non-coding RNA has gradually become a hot spot in the field of OA. Recent studies have shown that chondrocyte apoptosis and extracellular matrix degradation are the main pathological bases of OA. Non-coding RNA is closely related to chondrocytes, but the molecular mechanism has not been fully clarified. This article reviews the effects of non-coding RNA on chondrocytes and the extracellular matrix to further understand the mechanisms of cartilage degeneration and provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of OA.
