股骨头坏死是骨科常见的进行性疾病,最终会导致股骨头塌陷。长期过量饮酒是股骨头坏死的主 要危险因素之一,目前,酒精性因素成为导致中国男性股骨头坏死最常见的病因。酒精性股骨头坏死的具体发病 机制尚未完全阐明,缺乏理想的动物模型阻碍了成功预防和治疗的进展。本文对酒精性股骨头坏死的发病机制、动物模型构建和防治措施的研究进展进行综述,以期为酒精性股骨头坏死的基础研究和临床治疗提供参考。
Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a progressive disease that is commonly encountered in orthopedics, which will eventually lead to collapse of the femoral head. Long-term, excessive alcohol intake is recognized as one of the leading risk factors for osteonecrosis of the femoral head. At present, alcohol consumption is the most common cause of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in Chinese men. However, the detailed pathogenesis mechanism of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head has not been fully clarified, and progress towards developing successful approaches to prevention and treatment is hampered by the lack of an ideal animal model. In this paper, we review the pathogenesis and prevention of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and discuss approaches to constructing relevant animal models to provide a reference for basic research and for the clinical treatment of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head
