Abstract:Abstract:Objective: To study on different doses of monocrotaline joint Isopropylarterenol result in the rats change of hemodynamic, heart index and right heart hypertrophy index . Methods: 64 SD rats, male and female half, weight 200-250 g, were randomly divided into blank control group (n = 16); Model group (n = 48), model group in high dose group (n = 16) : once in the abdominal cavity injection of monocrotaline 80 mg.Kg-1, isopropylarterenol intraperitoneal injection of epinephrine use 10 mg.Kg-1, continuous injection of 1 week; Middle dose group (n = 16) : once in the abdominal cavity injection of monocrotaline 55 mg.Kg-1, isopropylarterenol intraperitoneal injection of epinephrine used 8 mg.Kg-1, continuous injection of 1 week; Low dose group (n = 16) : once in the abdominal cavity injection of monocrotaline 30 mg.Kg-1, isopropylarterenol intraperitoneal injection of epinephrine use 3 mg.Kg-1, continuous injection of 1 week. Animal feed to 6 weeks, pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular pressure testing, heart index and right ventricular hypertrophy index determination. Results: compared with control group, low dose differences in mean pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular systolic blood pressure had no change;Middle dose groups in mean pulmonary artery pressure, right ventricular systolic blood pressure are the difference (P < 0.05), low dose group of heart index and right ventricular hypertrophy index had no significant difference. Middle dose group of heart index difference was significant (P < 0.01), right ventricular hypertrophy index significantly difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of disposable injection monocrotaline. 55 mg.Kg-1, joint continuous injection of 8 mg.Kg-1 isopropylarterenol adrenaline 1 week. Ensures the survival rate of rats, and to ensure the success of the pulmonary artery high pressure formation, monocrotaline and isopropylarterenol adrenergic pulmonary hypertension rats, for weak lead to a better mousetrap.
