N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体在神经系统功能中起着关键作用。 NR2B 亚基是 NMDA 受体的调节亚单位,在低氧/ 缺血神经保护中有重要作用。 NR2B 磷酸化是调节 NMDA 受体功能的重要机制,通过磷酸化的变化在缺血/ 低氧神经保护中发挥重要作用。 本文综述了 NMDA 受体 NR2B 亚基的结构、功能、磷酸化、信号通路与缺血/ 低氧神经保护的关系,为以 NR2B 亚基为靶点进行低氧/ 缺血脑疾病的防治工作提供思路。 |

N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor plays an important role in the function of the nervous system. The NR2B subunit is the regulatory subunit of NMDA receptor, which is closely related to the neuroprotection of hypoxia / ischemia. Phosphorylation of NR2B is considered to be an important mechanism to regulate the NMDA receptor function and plays an important role in ischemic / hypoxic neuroprotection through the change in phosphorylation. This review discusses the development of the NR2B subunit of NMDA receptor and the relationships between the structure, function, phosphorylation, signaling pathway and ischemic / hypoxic neuroprotection to provide a theoretical foundation to prevent and treat hypoxic / ischemic brain diseases with NR2B subunit as the target. |
