野生瑶山亚种树鼩粪便潜在病原细菌的调查及耐药性分析

    树鼩是一种新型的实验动物模型,有广泛的应用前景。但目前对广西野生瑶山亚种树鼩肠道细菌的种群分布,携带致病菌的情况仍不十分清楚。因此我们首次开展了广西野生瑶山亚种树鼩粪便可培养细菌的分离与鉴定,结果从 19 只瑶山亚种树鼩粪便标本中分离得到 35 株细菌,经 16S rRNA 序列分析,共鉴定出 7 科 13 属 20 种细菌,广西野生瑶山亚种树鼩肠道中主要菌群包括大肠杆菌、弗氏柠檬酸杆菌、奇异变形杆菌等。此外,为了了解瑶山亚种树鼩肠道细菌对药物的敏感与耐药情况,本研究对分离得到的部分肠道细菌进行药物敏感性实验, 瑶山亚种树鼩肠道分离菌对头孢他啶、庆大霉素及左氧氟沙星较敏感,对头孢唑啉及复方新诺明存在较多耐药。这为掌握第一手广西野外捕获的野生瑶山亚种树鼩粪便菌群的多样性和潜在的致病性,为瑶山亚种树鼩的隔离检疫、实验室饲养及常见消化道疾病的防治提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Tree shrew is a new type of experimental animal model with broad application potential. However, the current distribution of intestinal bacteria and pathogens in the wild Tupaia belangeri yaoshanensis (T.b. yaoshanensis) in Guangxi are still unclear. Therefore, we performed for the first time the isolation and identification of the bacteria cultured in the subspecies of the wild T.b. yaoshanensis in Guangxi. Thirty-five strains of bacteria were isolated from 19 T. b. yaoshanensis subspecies and identified by 16S rRNA sequence analysis. There are 20 species of bacteria in 13 genera and 7 families, and the main flora in the intestinal tract of the wild T. b. yaoshanensis in Guangxi include Escherichia coli, Citrobacter freundii, and Proteus mirabilis. Moreover, to study the drug susceptibility of intestinal bacteria isolated from the feces of T.b. yaoshanensis collected from Dayaoshan in Guangxi, a drug sensitivity test was conducted using some of the isolated intestinal bacteria. The intestinal bacteria of T.b. yaoshanensis were sensitive to ceftazidime, gentamicin, and levofloxacin, and resistant to cefazolin and sulfamethoxazole. This is the first to grasp the diversity and potential pathogenicity of the fecal flora of the wild T. b. yaoshanensis in Guangxi. These result provide the scientific basis for the isolation and quarantine of T.b. yaoshanensis, laboratory feeding, and the prevention and treatment of common digestive tract diseases.
